Jim founded Plan C in 2005. Jim is a community and urban planner who specialises in community consultation, community planning and public space projects, ranging from site specific to city wide. Jim has key skills in social planning and community development, public space design, management and activation and collaborative community engagement within community, planning, architectural, landscape design and mining and resource projects.
