#Overview
Undertaking engagement and preparing a community development strategy for a greenfield residential community in the Ripley Valley.
Plan C assisted Stockland in the preparation of a Community Development Strategy to provide a framework for the delivery of community development programs and initiatives in Providence for 2022-2026.
The strategy reflects the aspirations and requirements of the existing and future community of Providence, and considers alignment between the delivery of physical infrastructure and community development.

Identified key aspirations and ideas for community development activities and initiatives for Providence through engagement with over 140 residents in an online survey
Developed a vision, objectives and ten key strategies for Providence that reflect community aspirations, and support the overall vision for Ripley Valley and Ipswich City Council
Established priorities for community development programs and initiatives and ensured alignment with the delivery of physical infrastructure and facilities
Helped inform the preparation of the three year implementation plan to accompany the community development strategy
Utilised best practice community engagement, development and activation principles to inform the development of a holistic and responsive strategy
